The KOICA Scholarship 2026-1 is now open for students who want to study a Master’s Degree in Tax and Fiscal Policy. This program is fully funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and hosted by Korea University. It is a great chance for government officials and professionals from KOICA partner countries to learn about tax systems and fiscal management.

- Program Title: Master’s in Tax and Fiscal Policy
- Duration: August 20, 2026 – December 22, 2027 (may change if needed)
- Pre-Semester: There may be a short pre-semester before the program starts

Application Guide
To apply for this program, you must first go through the KOICA overseas office or Korean Embassy round.
- Check the program: Read the 2026-1 Scholarship Program details carefully.
- Submit forms: Fill out and send the KOICA application form (Parts 1–4) to your KOICA overseas office or Korean embassy before their deadline.
- University screening: If you pass the KOICA round, the Korea University will check your documents.
- Guidance emails: Successful applicants will get emails from the Korea University with next steps.
