Applications for the 2026 KAIST Global IT Technology Program are now being accepted. Right now, it’s among the top fully funded scholarships for studying in South Korea. For international applicants, the KAIST Global IT Technology Program (ITTP) offers fully funded master’s and doctoral scholarships. The goal of this initiative is to create a global network of IT leaders worldwide. This scholarship is designed to help the next generation of global IT leaders learn about Korea’s technologies and business methods.

African Development, the Korean Ministry of Science and ICT, and other international governments are sponsors of the KAIST ITTP Scholarship. The scholarship is available to all nationals, regardless of their country. The KAIST University Graduate Scholarship 2026 is open to applicants for different KAIST graduate programs.

What is the Duration of This Program?

This scholarship is available for 2 years for master degree students and 3 years for PhD degree students.

KAIST Global ITTP Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for KAIST Global IT Technology Program.
  • Applicants must fulfill the academic prerequisites for admission to a Master’s or Doctoral program at KAIST.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT-related subject is necessary.
  • The fellowship is open to employees of public institutions, government officials, and top academics at national research centers in developing countries working on IT-related subjects.
  • You have to upload your English Proficiency Test. Otherwise, an English language phone interview with the ITTP Director will suffice.
  • Employees are not eligible to apply if they are from private institutions.
