Welcome to another fully funded program held in Japan for the academic session 2025. Applications for the Sokendai KEK Summer Student Fellowship 2025 are now available in Japan. This summer fellowship program is fully funded. International and Japanese students are both eligible to apply for KEK Summer Student Program. Applicants will do research with faculty at KEK’s Tsukuba and Tokai campuses. It is funded by SOKENDAI, the Graduate University for Advanced Studies. The program is 8 weeks long and open to undergraduate and master’s students from any country.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to students in later part of undergraduate and early part of master’s (not PhD)
- For both international and Japanese students
- It’s good to know dynamics electromagnetism and quantum mechanics but not a must and depends on the match with the research group
- As of March 1, 2025 students should be in later part of their undergraduate or early part of their graduate course
