Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a citizen of an ADB borrowing member or Japanese ODA-eligible country.
- You need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with good grades.
- You need at least 2 years full-time professional work experience after your degree.
- You must be under 35 years old (45 for senior officials in special cases).
- You need good English skills (oral and written).
- You must be in good health.
- You agree to return home after study.
- You cannot be ADB staff family consultants or already enrolled in graduate programs.
