Eligibility Criteria
To apply you must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship:
Open to citizens of all countries including Turkish citizens. - Academic Requirement:
- BSc graduates or MSc students must have a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 at the time of application.
- English Language Proficiency (One of the following):
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum 87
- IELTS: Minimum 6.5 overall, with at least 5.5 in each section
- Bilkent COPE: Minimum Grade C

You must submit an ALES score of at least 55 (quantitative). - If you are not a Turkish resident →
