Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship Requirement:
- You must be a citizen of one of these eligible countries:
- Azerbaijan,
- Bhutan,
- Comoros,
- Fiji,
- Djibouti,
- Kiribati,
- Kazakhstan,
- Liberia,
- Mauritania,
- Palau,
- Micronesia,
- Tonga,
- Uzbekistan,
- Turkmenistan,
- or Vanuatu.
- Palestinians from the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem are also eligible.
- You must not be a Canadian citizen.
- You must not hold Canadian permanent residency.
- You must not have a pending application for permanent residency in Canada.
- You must have the needed English or French skill to study in the teaching language at the Canadian school.
- You must apply and get accepted into a full time academic program at a Canadian college or university.
- You must clearly show your interest in being considered for the Study in Canada Scholarships program when you apply for admission.
