GOI-IES Benefits
- Stipend: An amount of €10,000 will be provided for a full time study.
- Full Fee Waiver: Host higher education institutions provide a full fee waiver for the year of the scholarship.
- Commencement: Successful scholars are expected to start their studies in either September or October 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must not be a citizen of the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the EU/EEA.
- Secure a conditional or final offer of admission to a master’s, PhD, or postgraduate diploma at an eligible higher education institution in Ireland. You must present evidence of this offer.
- Candidates cannot apply if they have already received a GOI-IES scholarship.
- Due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, applicants from Russia and Belarus are not eligible.
