- Monthly money for Graduates is 934 euros.
- This lasts for 2 years.
For PhD Students
- Monthly money for PhD students is 1400 euros.

Two ways available to apply for the KAS Scholarship Program 2025 including:
1- International Applicants (2021 Focus Countries):
- Eligible Countries/Regions: Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Latin America (apply via KAS Peru office).
- Submit your application directly to the KAS office in your country.
- Only residents of these countries can apply.
- Interviews will be online.
2- Applicants Living/Studying in Germany:
- Apply online via the domestic selection program.
- Upload all documents digitally (no mailed copies).
- Submit by July 15 (12:00 noon) each year.
