Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, applicants must:

Note: This scholarship is not available to nationals of: Bangladesh, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia, Rwanda, and Tanzania.
