Fellowship Benefits
- Undergraduate Fellows:
- Compensation: \$16.03 per hour
- Duration: 8 weeks at 20 hours per week
- Graduate Fellows:
- Compensation: \$27.45 per hour
- Duration: 10 weeks at 20 hours per week
Work Environment and Location
This fellowship allows both hybrid and full on-site work options. All fellows must join in-person group meetings and workshops. The program is based at ISRDI which is at 50 Willey Hall in Minneapolis MN. ISRDI is part of a lively academic and research community.

- Have very good communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Show strong computer skills and ability to learn technical things.

Preferred Diversity and Technical Experience
The diversity fellowship especially welcomes candidates from groups that are not well represented such as African American, American Indian, Hispanic/Latino/a or Asian American communities. It also encourage first-generation students women in tech LGBTQIA+ people and students with disabilities.
Skills that make your application stronger include:
- Experience using big statistical tools like R Stata SAS or SPSS.
- Know how to work with census data or survey data analysis.
