• PhD Proof – Scan of your PhD diploma or proof you have it plus official English translation if original is not in English or Polish
• Invitation Letter – Letter from the Polish host institution where you plan to work
  • Must be signed by your supervisor and the head of the institution

• Your Work – Copies of 3 important works you did

  • If it is a book send title page, ISBN page, table of contents, and parts with key ideas (max 20 pages)
