The NHR Scholarship Program in Germany is now accepting applications from international students who want to pursue a PhD in High-Performance Computing HPC from 2026. This fully funded program provides a monthly stipend of €2200 for up to three years. Students from computer science, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences and similar fields can apply to one of the nine NHR Centers linked to leading German universities. Each center focuses on different research areas and scholars will get guidance from top experts while joining interdisciplinary workshops and HPC training. They will also complete a 6-month secondment at another NHR Centre to widen their research experience. More details given below.
