It is a fully funded program at Transilvania University in Romania for international students from non-EU/EEA countries. It covers tuition fees free, accommodation in university dorms all year and a monthly allowance of 800 lei (about 170 USD) for living costs. You can study Bachelor’s Master’s or PhD in many fields like engineering, medicine, law, arts and more. There is no application fee.
