Applications for the TUM International Student Scholarship 2026 in Germany are available. It helps international students who are already enrolled at the Technical University of Munich and face financial problems. It gives one-time financial help of €500 to €1,800 every semester to cover living costs and study needs. You can reapply each semester if you still need it and keep good grades. What is the TUM International Student Scholarship 2026?

TUM is a top technical university in Germany. This scholarship helps international students who do well in studies but have financial difficulties. It is not a big one-time award — it gives help each semester so you can continue without stress. You must already be enrolled at TUM. Bachelor’s students need to be in 3rd semester or higher. Master’s students need 2nd semester or 1st if you did Bachelor’s at TUM. It is for living costs and study needs not full tuition.

  • Master’s students in their 1st semester can apply only if they completed their bachelor’s degree at TUM.

Other Requirements

  • Students must have excellent academic performance.
  • Students must show that they really need financial help.
  • According to BAföG rules, the parents’ income should be relatively low.

Note: Students who are on a leave of absence cannot receive this scholarship during that time.
