Alberta University Scholarship Benefits
There are two types of scholarships available for international students, for some scholarships need an application and the other scholarships do not need application.
1- Automatic Scholarships:
Regional Excellence Grant:
- Up to CAD$5,000 for outstanding students.
International Excellence Award:
- Up to CAD$5,000 for high academic achievers.
Gold Standard Award:
- Up to CAD$6,000.
2 – Application-Based Scholarships:
President’s International Distinction Award:
- Up to CAD$120,000 for international students.
A Chan Pang Kuen Memorial Award:
- Up to CAD$120,000 high academic merits students.
International Leader Grant:
- Up to CAD$15,000.
Cora Martinson International Grant:
- Up to CAD$56,000 for students with financial need, entering the Augustana Faculty.
May Quon Undergraduate Award:
- Up to CAD$100,000 for Chinese or Hong Kong students with excellent grades, financial need, and a student visa.
Global Citizen Award for IB Diploma Students:
- Aga Khan Academies offers exceptional IB Diploma students for up to CAD$53,000 per year.
