Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be an admitted or admissible student at UO, or plan to enroll for Fall 2026.
- Be a non-U.S. citizen (not U.S. permanent resident) and not eligible for U.S. federal aid.
- Show financial need.
- Meet a minimum GPA requirement (UO mentions 3.0 GPA or stronger, though ICSP may require 3.5 cumulative).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Be willing to perform 66–80 hours of cultural service each year.

For Current UO Students:
- Log in: Access the UO Scholarship Dashboard.
- Submit Applications: Fill out the General Application, ICSP Scholarship Application, and ISSS Endowment Scholarships Application, then submit them.
For Incoming Freshmen:
- First, submit an application to Oregon University in the US.
- Verify your email: An invitation to visit the UO Scholarship Dashboard will be sent to you within a week of submitting your admissions application.
- Log in and Submit: After Login to the UO Scholarship Dashboard submit the applications for (ISSS Endowed Scholarships, General Application, and the ICSP Scholarship).
