The Yousef Jameel GAPP Public Leadership Program 2026 at the American University in Cairo is a fully funded Master’s scholarship for young Egyptians. It helps students study fields like public policy, international law, journalism, migration, human rights and more. You get full tuition, student fees, books monthly stipend, accommodation allowance, transport and even a chance to study abroad for one semester. More About Yousef Jameel GAPP Public Leadership Program 2026
This program started in 2011 by Yousef Jameel and AUC GAPP. It trains young Egyptians to lead in public policy and administration. You study a Master’s and get skills to make change in Egypt. It supports 25 students each year for 12 cohorts so far 300 fellows helped. You join classes, research and activities to become a strong leader.

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be an Egyptian national.
- You need a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, engineering science or related fields.
- You need good grades (minimum gayed geddan or GPA 3.2).
- You need 2 to 12 years work experience (2013–2023 graduates preferred).
- You must meet AUC English rules (TOEFL or IELTS).
- Continuing students can apply if they finished max 6 credit hours by September 2025.
- LLB holders with Good grade may apply case by case.
