Applications for the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung KAS Scholarship 2026 are now available for international students. This fully funded scholarship supports Master and Doctoral students at German universities. Master students can get up to €992 each month for two years. Doctoral candidates can get €1400 each month for three years. Extra money is available for health insurance family, children and research travel. Scholars also join seminars, workshops and a world network of professionals. The deadline to apply is 1 March 2026.

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a German foundation that helps young people study and grow. It supports students who care about society politics and values like freedom and justice. Eligibility Criteria

You must come from Kenya Uganda South Sudan Tanzania or Ethiopia. For Master’s you need to start a four-semester program in Germany. For PhD you need admission to a doctoral program. You must have German at B2 level (Goethe certificate). You need strong grades and social work like volunteer. You should want to go back home and help your country after.
