KOICA Scholarship Documents Download 2025

Applicants who want to apply for the KOICA Scholarship 2025 must need to submit the required documents at the application submission time. You can download the application form and application guidelines documents from below.

A. KOICA Application Documents:

1) KOICA Application Forms (Part1~Part4)

To avoid visa acquisition applicant must ensure that his/her English name matches his/her passport.
Applicants are required to submit all required documents via email to KOICA’s overseas office or the Korean Embassy. The procedure may differ, so check the details with the relevant office.

2) A recommendation letter from the government of the candidate (via an ODA or international scholarship program)

3) A scanned copy of the applicant’s valid passport

After the anticipated return date, The passport must be valid for at least six months.
You must renew your passport if it is no longer valid by the end of the program.

4) You have to conduct an Interview by the University by Phone or Video.

The university will provide a schedule and details, so you must follow instructions.
In Korea, there are some universities that may require mandatory essay tests.

5) Interview Result: KOICA HQ will shortlist and finalize the successful applicants.

6) Final Acceptance (July – August):

Korean embassy/KOICA office announces interview results.
Informs visa procedures & required documents.
It is the participant’s responsibility to secure a “Study Abroad Visa [D-2].”

7) Preparation and Arrival (August):

Successful applicants must prepare their visa and obtain additional vaccinations as directed by the University.

8) Arrival, orientation, and medical check-up in Korea.

The Applicants who have passed the medical check-up in Korea can begin their degree course.
