This PhD scholarship is a great chance to do research that helps make the Irish agri-food sector more sustainable. The study will look at new ways to create value especially through short food supply chains that use ICT tools. Eligibility Criteria

  • You must have a strong bachelor’s degree with top grades (First Class or Upper Second-Class Honours) in a related area like Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or similar.
  • Having a master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
  • If you are close to finishing your bachelor’s or master’s degree you can still apply.
  • You must share your expected grades and these will need to be confirmed before any official offer.
  • Language Proficiency
    • If English is not your first language you must meet these scores.
      • IELTS: Overall 6.5 with no part below 6.0.
      • TOEFL: Overall 90 with Listening 20 Reading 19 Speaking 21 and Writing 20.
