The Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship for 2026 is a fully funded program in the United States. It is for international students from the Middle East and North Africa region. The United States Department of State pays for it through MEPI. The program works with schools called AUC, AUB and LAU. It offers an American style education plus leadership training, community service and internships. To apply you must be finishing high school soon or have just finished. The scholarship pays for everything. This includes full tuition, a place to live and a monthly stipend. It also covers health insurance and chances to study abroad. You must apply by 25 November 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be from one of these countries like Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, West Bank Gaza or Yemen.
- Must be a high school senior finishing in 2025 or a 2025 graduate; 2024 graduates from Yemen Syria, Libya. Iraq and West Bank/Gaza can also apply.
- Must have leadership qualities, ability to adapt and be mature.
- Must show strong academic grades and keep them until graduation.
- Must show proof of needing money.
- Must have a TOEFL iBT score of 80 or higher taken within two years of the program start.
- Must be able to travel and promise to start studies in August 2026.
- Show financial need through documents.
- Must ready to start studies in August 2026.
- U.S. citizens or permanent residents cannot apply.
Application Deadline
The last day to apply is 25 November 2025. It is better to apply early to have time for language tests and papers.
