Eligibility Criteria

- Citizenship & Residency
- Hold citizenship of an OECD/DAC country.
- Applicants residing outside their home country are eligible.
- Current residents of Japan are not eligible.

- Minimum JLPT N3-level Japanese or English proficiency.
