Taiwan Scholarships 2026 – Total Awards
Under the Taiwan Scholarships 2026 program a combined total of 34 funded chances are being offered. The HUAYU Enrichment Scholarship accounts for 30 of these awards. This includes 10 scholarships for one year of Mandarin language study and 20 scholarships for six months of Mandarin training at official language centers in Taiwan.
Alongside this the Taiwan Degree Scholarship gives 4 fully funded positions for students doing full time academic programs at universities in Taiwan. This includes support for bachelor programs up to 4 years master programs up to 2 years and doctoral PhD programs up to 4 years based on the chosen field and study level.
